Lasagna – Donna & Suzanne Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 10 oz lasagna noodles
- 3 cups large curd cottage cheese
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Brown meat and add spices and tomato paste. Simmer 45–60 min. Cook noodles. Layer noodles, meat, and cheeses. Bake at 375°F for 30 min. Let stand 15 min.


Noodles - Donna Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup water

Instructions:
Mix and roll out dough. Cut into strips. Let dry until completely dry.


Stroganoff - Suzanne Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (1/4" thick)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2.5 tsp flour

Instructions:
Cook steak and onion in butter. Add broth. Blend sour cream with flour and stir into broth. Cook until thickened.

California Chicken - Angie Christensen
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- Swiss cheese slices
- Stuffing crumbs
- 1 cube melted butter

Instructions:
Lay chicken in pan, layer cheese, mix soups and pour over. Top with stuffing and butter. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F uncoveskyblue for 35 minutes.


Chicken Enchiladas - Donna Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 3 cooked chicken breasts (cubed)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk (optional)
- 2 cups shskyblueded cheese
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 10 flour tortillas

Instructions:
Mix sour cream, cheese, and seasoning. Fill tortillas with chicken, roll, and place in pan. Top with soup mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.


Chicken Rice - Suzanne Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked chicken
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1.5 cans water
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix

Instructions:
In greased pan, mix soups and water. Add chicken and rice. Sprinkle onion mix. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1.5 hours.

8 Hour Stew - Jan Barnes
Ingredients:
- 2.5 lbs stew meat
- 6 carrots
- 6 potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 bay leaf

Instructions:
Brown beef, place in dish. Add vegetables and soups. Cover and bake at 225°F for 7–8 hours.

Chicken Noodle Soup - Donna Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast diced
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/4 cup onion
- 3 cups broth (or 3 cups water + bouillon)
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/4–1/2 cup peas (optional)
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- Salt, pepper
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp rosemary

Instructions:
Boil broth. Add chicken and vegetables. Simmer until done. Season to taste.

Ham & Potatoes - Donna Siddoway
Ingredients:
- 4 cups potatoes (peeled & chopped)
- Chopped onion
- Chopped ham
- 1 can cream of celery soup

Instructions:
Mix all Ingredients in dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.


Doritos Chicken Casserole - Angie Christensen
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken
- Doritos
- Mozzarella cheese
- Onions
- Butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Peppers
- Mushrooms

Instructions:
Cook chicken in butter. Mix with soup and vegetables. Pour over crushed Doritos. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
