Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 C Milk
- 2 T. yeast
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 T. Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C Oil
- 7 C Flour

Instructions:
Dissolve yeast and milk, add sugar, eggs, oil and salt. Mix in flour, knead 5 minutes. Cover with wet cloth in greased bowl, let raise for 1 hour. Punch down and let rise another 1/2 hour roll out, add toppings and bake at 375 for 10 minutes


Butter Hern Roles

Ingredients:
- 2 T. yeast
- 1 1/2 C warm water
- 1/4 C Oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 6 T. Sugar
- 1 1/2 t. Salt
- 5-6 C White Flour

Instructions:
Let raise 1 hr. role out and cut into triangles, ake 375 for 20 Minutes, Brush with butter


EZY Scones

Ingredients:
- 2 C Flour
- 3/4 t. Salt
- 3 t. Baking Powder
- 1 C Water

Instructions:
Mix together, pinch off pieces and fry in oil


Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients:
- 2 C White Flour
- 4 t. Baking Powder
- 6 T. White Sugar
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1/2 t. Cream of Tarter
- 1 cube of butter
- 3/4 C milk

Instructions:
Make sure butter and Milk are at room temp. Combine all dry Ingredients and mix together. mix in butter and milk last, if both are at room temp things will mix nicely. Use spoon to add dough on cooking sheet, Biscuits will not brown so use knife to check inside is cooked. Cook up one package of sausage and use two packets of white breakfast gravy. mix sausage and gravy together


Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients:
- 6 T. Butter
- 1 T. Minced Garlic
- 2 T. White Flour whisked in
- 1 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 1/2 C Milk
- 1/2 C Grated Parmasean Cheese
- 1/2 C Grated Romano Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
Melt butter in pan, add other Ingredients once butter is melted, add cheese and allow to melt while stirring. Cook Chicken breast flavor to liking, cut into small chuncks and add to sauce one it is finished. Serve Hot over noodles


Delightful Fruit DIP

Ingredients:
- 1/4 pound Cream Cheese
- 1 C and 2 T. Marshmellow Fluff
- 1/2 C Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 T. frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
- Zest from one lemon or Orange

Instructions:
Mix Cream Cheese, Marshmellow cream, yogurt and Juice until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit strawberries, pineapple, apples or fruit of your choosing


Kyles Badass Cookies

Ingredients:
- 2 C Margine
- 1 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 2 C White Sugar
- 2 C Brown Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 4 1/2 C White Flour
- 2 t. Baking Soda
- 1 Pkg Chocolate Chips

Instructions:
MIx Margine, Peanut butter, sugars, eggs and Vanilla until smooth. Add Baking soda and Flour. Chocolate chips are last. bake at 300 for 10 minutes. Pull out of oven and flat drop pan on counter

Creamy Cookie Dough Frosting

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 C packed light brown sugar
- 1 C Butter at room temp
- 2 1/2 C Flour
- 2 t. Vanilla
- 1 t. Salt
- 1 C Milk
- 1 C Miniature Chocolate chips

Instructions:
Mix together and ENJOY!


Kyles Frosting

Ingredients:
- 1 C Milk
- 3/4 C Butter
- 3/4 C Crisco
- 1 1/2 C White Sugar
- 4 1/2 T. White Flour
- 1 T. Vanilla

Instructions:
Let Milk and butter sit out at room temp. Whip together Margine and Crisco. Add White sugar and White Flour gradually so it doesnt clump together. Beat for 5 minutes. Add Milk and Vanilla. Beat for 10 minutes.


7-UP Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 5 C Bisquick
- 1 1/2 C Sour Cream
- 1 C Sprite

Instructions:
Mix Ingredients, roll out dough 1 inch thick. use a cup to cut out shape but do NOT twist when pushing down, this will seal the edges of biscuit. Melt one cube of butter and pour into the bottom of a glass cake pan. Place Biscuits on top of butter, bake at 450 for 15 minutes


Daves Famous Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 small onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 1 10 oz can rotels diced tomatoes w/ chiles
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 8 oz can el pato Mexican hot tomato sauce
- 1 lime or 1/2 a lemon
- Garlic Salt
- 1/2 C clamato tomato cocktail

Instructions:
Chop onion, jalapenos and cilantro into mixing bowl. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and el pato sauce. Add or squeeze lime juice. Add Clamato sauce. Add garlic salt to taste. Stir altogether and enjoy. Lime dipping chips are the best with this! Hide from others because they will eat it all.


Buttermilk Syrup

Ingredients:
- 2 C White Sugar
- 1 C buttermilk
- 2 Sticks Butter
- 1 t. baking soda

Instructions:
Melt butter then add sugar and buttermilk. Stir continuous Bringing them to a boil then add in Baking Soda and turn off stove.


Pistachio Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 package pistachio instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 C Sourcream
-1/4 C oil
-1/4 C water

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Oil 2 loaf tins, in a seperate bowl mix 1/4 C sugar and 1 t Cinnamon sprinkle sugar mixture in oiled tin. add batter and bake.


Texas ROAD House Honey butter

Ingredients:
- 4 sticks of butter
- 1 C Powdered Sugar
- 1 T. Cinnamon
- 1 T. Salt
- 2 T. Honey

Instructions:
Mix on High for 5 minutes


Double Sausage Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Jar Maranara
- 1/2 Jar Alfredo
- 2 Large chicken breasts
- Italian Seasonings
- Cheese
- Red peper flakes
- Garlic
- Noodles

Instructions:
Throw the thawed chicken in with all ingredients and mix together, cook on high for 3-4 Hours. Serve over Noodles or RIce


Stinky Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 1 Packet of dry Italian Seasoning
- 2-4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cream cheese block
- 1 Can of Cream of Chicken soup
- Egg Noodles

Instructions:
Melt Butter in crockpot, add in Dry Italian dressing and mix together. Place chicken inside crockpot and coat both sides with mixture. Let it cook for several hours. 30 minutes prior to eating set out cream cheese and cook noodles. Add cream of Chicken soup and cream cheese to crock pot and allow it to melt into food. Serve when all is ready.


Dill Pickle Chicken (Pasta Salad)

Ingredients:
- 2 C uncooked elbow Macaroni
- 1 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 C Sour cream
- 1/3 C dill pickle juice
- 1 T. dry dill
- 1/4 t. salt and pepper
- 1/2 C dill relish
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1 C chopped carrots
1 1/2 C chopped cooked chicken

Instructions:
Cook pasta according to directions. Add 1 t. of salt to water, Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. In large bowl combine dressing ingredients, then add noodles. Stir in cucumber, carrots and cooked chicken. Can be eaten right away or put in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.


Chicken Queso

Ingredients:
- 1 can of mild Rotelnoodles
- 2-3 Chicken breasts
- Taco seasoning
- 1 C Shredded Cheese
- 8 oz of Cream Cheese
- 1/2 C Chicken broth
- Tortillas or CHips

Instructions:
Add all ingredients into crockpot EXCEPT cheese and cream cheese. Cook for 3-6 hours, when chicken is tender add cheese and Cream Cheese allow it to melt into prepared food. Serve with RIce or Chips.


Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2-3 Chicken Breasts
- 28 oz can of crushed Tomatoes
- 2 T. Tomato paste
- 2 T. minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 T. Salt
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1 t. Black pepper
- 1 t. Onion Powder
- 1 t. chilli flakes
- 1 C Paramaen

Instructions:
Throw all ingredients into Crockpot and mix. Cook on High for 2-3 hrs, Lox 3-4 hrs. When finished cooking remove chicken and shred. Then add the following 1/2 C Cottage Cheese, 1 C Milk, 1/4 C Cream cheese, 1/4 C Parmesan Cheese. Mix well, served with noodles


Buffalo BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
- BBQ Sause of choice
- Buffalo Sauce
- Hot Sauce
- Cottage cheese if desired
- Chicken

Instructions:
Throw in crockpot cook on HIgh 2-3 hours Low 3-4 hours. Shred chicken after cooked and return to mixture. Serve as nachos, quesadilla or sliders
